Placed a few metres far from one of the most beautiful beach of Sant’Antioco, Hotel Maladroxia Restaurant will lead you to discover the ancient flavours of the traditional Sardinian cuisine offering you the best of the local cooking. The restaurant has a big indoor hall and two outdoor sea view verandas. On the terrace, it is also possible to sip an aperitif with some tasty snack or to have dinner caressed by the pleasant summer’s breeze, enjoying the wonderful silver glares of the moon reflected on the sea. Inspired by the tradition and the territory of Sardinia, our simple and genuine recipes are cooked using only the freshest prime ingredients and made unique by the experience and mastery of our chefs Antonella e Susanna. The seafood and meat appetisers, the “tonno a scabecciu” (boiled tuna), the mussel soup, the “fregola” (typical Sardinian pasta dressed with seafood), the mixed grilled and fried fish, the “seadas” (traditional dessert with cheese and honey), are just some dishes cooked respecting the old tradition.
